His birth name is "Walter Joseph Kovacs", according to the novel.

The fox wearing the "walter" costume can be found in level one with "bride" halfway through the level. Wearing the set requires defeating the fox multiple times until two pieces are obtained, or by chests.
The costume set contains three pieces: hat and mask, and trenchcoat. "walter" does melee damage and its ability is not being bounced back after an enemy attack at a 20% chance.

The fox wearing the "Walter" costume can be found on level 3 with "Billy" and "Bride" on the way to the GOLD LOTTERY TICKET chest. The costume can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
Costume set also contains the same parts carried from StrikeForce Kitty. "Walter" also does melee damage, but the ability is changed to breaking barriers found in the level.
