The fox wearing the "sparrow" costume can be found in level two with "willy" in the middle of the level. Wearing the set requires defeating the fox multiple times until three pieces are obtained, or by unlocking chests.
The costume set contains three pieces: hat, clothing, and cutlass. "sparrow" does 
melee damage and its ability is to detect traps earlier at a distance of two cells.

The fox wearing the "Sparrow" costume can be found on level 6 with "Pitman" and "Willy" near the GOLD LOTTERY TICKET chest. The costume can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
Costume set also contains the same parts carried from StrikeForce Kitty. "Sparrow" also does 
melee damage, but the ability is changed to that all kittens have a health boost of 3 points.
