The fox wearing the "r-turtle" costume can be found in level four with "b-turtle" near the beginning of the level. Wearing the set requires defeating the fox multiple times until four pieces are obtained, or by unlocking chests.
The costume set contains: bandana, shell, and two sai. "r-turtle" does 
melee damage and its ability is to deal double the damage to an enemy at a 50% chance.

The fox wearing the "R-turtle" costume can be found on level 5 with "B-turtle" below "Friday" near the end of the level. The costume can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
Costume set also contains the same parts carried from StrikeForce Kitty, but the two sai now count as one item. "R-turtle" also does 
melee damage, but the ability is changed to breaking any locked chests in the level.
