The fox wearing the "oroku saki" costume can be found in level four with "indie" in the middle of the level. Wearing the set requires defeating the fox multiple times until three pieces are obtained, or by unlocking chests.
The costume set contains: helmet, armor, and claw. "oroku saki" does 
melee damage and its ability is a 50% chance of dealing double the damage to an enemy.

The fox wearing the "Oroku saki" costume can be found on level 4 after the GOLD LOTTERY TICKET chest near the end of the level. The costume can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
Costume set also contains the same parts carried from StrikeForce Kitty. "Oroku saki" does 
melee damage as well, but the ability is changed to breaking open any locked chests in the level.

Wearing the costume gives the kitten the ability to land an uppercut dealing 27 damage to an opponent.
