The fox cosplaying as "First Mate" can be found on level 11 with "Hat" near the end of the level. The costume set can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
The set has three pieces and consists of: hair and sword, clothing, and two swords. "First Mate" does 
melee damage, and its ability is to break barriers—stone/wooden tower with a fox and brick piles—in the level.

Wearing the cosplay gives the kitten the ability to, if activated, stun an opponent on impact for 5.8 seconds.
