"White death" is a character costume in the StrikeForce Kitty series, based on Rem from the Death Note manga and anime series.
Note: There are two spaces between the words of the costume name, it might be a bug.

The fox cosplaying as "White death" can be found on level 13 with "Sweet Tooth" on the bottom-middle of the level (below "Old Macaque" and "Macaque girl"). The parts can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
The set has 3 pieces and consists of: hair and face, body and wings, and a Death Note (her Death Note). "White death" does 
ranged damage, and its ability is a 12% chance of dealing double the damage to an enemy.

"White death" in Last Stand
「デッド」すなわち「死んだ」
"White death"/Rem is a cosplay that can be obtained from defeated raccoons in StrikeForce Kitty: Last Stand, look on pages in the 
"Ranged" category.
The projectile's text (along with Yagami's) now says "DEAD" instead of "FOX" from StrikeForce Kitty 2.
