"Purple-chan" is a character costume in the StrikeForce Kitty series, based on Sailor Mars (Rei Hino) from the manga and anime franchise Sailor Moon.
"Purple" for the hair color, "-chan" (~ちゃん) is a Japanese informal honorific.

The fox cosplaying as "Purple-chan" can be found on level 12 with "Blonde-chan" near the end of the level. The set can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
The set has 3 pieces and consists of: hair and tiara, sailor suit, and bow. "Purple-chan" does 
ranged damage and its ability is to make all invisible platforms appear throughout the level.
