Tivruski IV is a cosplay set in the StrikeForce Kitty series, based on Edward from the Cowboy Bebop anime series.
Edward's full name is Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky IV.
StrikeForce Kitty: Last Stand
This cosplay can be obtained by defeating a random raccoon wearing the same cosplay. It can be found on one of the hangers of the 
"Melee" category.
StrikeForce Kitty League
Edward, like many cosplay sets in previous games, appears by chance in the main menu of StrikeForce Kitty League, worn by either the cat or the raccoon who are fighting in an "arena". However, this cosplay is unobtainable in gameplay.
StrikeForce Kitty (Steam version)
The fox cosplaying as "Tivruski IV" can be found on level 15 with "Faye" before a teleport portal after the drawbridge. Completing the cosplay set adds points to the BONUS TO SPEED skill.
The set contains Edward's hair and glasses, clothes, and a computer keyboard. The cosplayer wearing "Tivruski IV" does melee damage.
